Came here for 4 days, the hotel was absolutely great, it had prime location next to center of Main Street, another area and the monuments. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, I really enjoyed nice room. Food was decent and great; the staff were affable!

My first room was dingy.

Property was great, with really helpful staff and particularly good location on the ocean side. Location: the hotel was close to the beach and shopping.

The hotel is located in a prime spot, right on the ocean side of Main Street, providing easy access to the beach and shopping. The rooms are comfortable with nice air conditioning and the breakfast offered is acceptable. Additionally, there are entertainment and music bands for guests to enjoy.

I was charged at the hotel and with Booked.net. So I paid twice. No having much success getting my money credited back from Hotel.

The hotel is right on the beach, which was a major plus for me. The staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options.

great location, near beach and shops. comfortable bed, hot water! Enjoyed the entertainment and live music. Dorado Plaza Bocagrande exceeded my expectations compared to my previous stay in Cartagena.

I had a wonderful time at the hotel. It was a great location, right in the center of Main Street, making it easy to get to everything. The staff were extremely helpful, kind, and always had a smile on their faces. The all-inclusive plan was a great option for my holiday, as it took away the stress of always having to eat out and pay for everything. The pool was a good temperature, clean, and the lifeguard was always attentive. The bed in my room was very comfortable, and I appreciated the air conditioning. The bar provided generous amounts of alcohol in the drinks, and they even served wine free of charge in the evenings.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The location close to the beach was perfect and prime for us. It was also close to shops and restaurants.
